This is how we do it here - consistency in behaviour slogan
When the Adults Change Partner School Logo

There are many many schools that are soaked in When The Adults Change practice.

They live and breathe the policy and practical strategies every day. These schools are a long way down the road to behavioural nirvana. Over the years they have crafted their climate and culture with WTAC values at the heart of behaviour systems. WTAC Partner Schools are experts in relational practice.

We are very proud of our Partner Schools and welcome applications to join the group. Wherever you are in the world, if your school is WTAC through and through, just email Hello@WhenTheAdultsChange.com for more information.

With a network of schools developing the best relational practice, we can share and grow together.

Our Spotlight school

Each month, we put a Partner School in the spotlight. A school or college that is soaked in relational practice. This month, our Spotlight School has also contributed significantly to our community by opening the doors to school leaders from around the country.

New Bridge Integrated College, New-Bridge is an integrated and all-ability college in Loughbrickland, Co Down Northern Ireland, educating 654 pupils of all backgrounds and faiths.

New-Bridge has been quietly rewriting the rulebook on school culture since 2012. Where punitive measures once dominated, relational practice now leads the way - and the results speak for themselves. Suspensions down by 28%. An 89% non-recurrence rate among students who engaged in intervention sessions instead. A regional School of the Year award. But the numbers only tell part of the story. What really drives New-Bridge is a deep belief that every conflict is a learning opportunity, and that young people thrive when trusted adults help them take accountability and repair relationships.

Their journey with When The Adults Change has helped sharpen and sustain that vision across the whole school community. Read their story here.
