Our Behaviour Change for Leaders online course is for anyone who is supporting colleagues in Paul’s approach. The course focuses on the core components of change management – from strategic planning through to practical implementation, system upgrades and internal communications. We help you plan for the difficult days, offer support when behaviour is wobbly and offer reassurance and guidance when it is required. You will work closely with Paul, our associates and partner schools to ensure you can create and maintain seismic shifts in your setting.

The Supporting Behaviour Change online course is for anyone who is supporting colleagues in Paul’s approach. Headteachers, FE Principals, Senior Leaders, Pastoral Leaders and Managers, Middle Leaders and Line managers, Trust CEOs and Leaders, College Leaders and Managers.
It will ensure you are able to:

- Craft an implementation plan using lessons learned from 1000s of others
- Coach and support colleagues who find change tricky
- Bespoke systems and processes so they work for your learners
- Have a clear plan for launching new policy and practice
- Understand the process of change and map out key milestones
- Learn from our Partner schools and colleges who have been successfully using Paul’s work for many years
Each unit includes exclusive new videos from Paul and the When the Adults Change associates. There are audio clips, practical tasks, additional reading recommendations, a focus on systems thinking and ideas for discussions that explore the nuances of great relational practice.
Spaces on each course are limited to ensure we can offer interactive support, exclusive workshops and live Conversations with Paul sessions. Our tickets sell fast and are offered to our VIPs before they are made available to the general public.
You will have a full term to complete the 4 hours of self-study and 4 workshops. You can work independently, as part of a group training programme or with our community of adult learners.
There will be 4 recorded workshops with Paul and the When the Adults Change associates. There will also be live Conversations with Paul every month. The course will be available from Monday 10th July. Early booking is advisable.
